"I am a new resident of Shrewsbury Arms Apartments and have lived here since 2/1/2010. Shrewsbury Arms Apartments facilities are great. The laundry room is very clean and accessible. The parking lots and sidewalks are always clean. The apartments are nice looking and well kept on the inside and outside. There are kids playing outside and there is a community park within the Apartment Complex. There is a basketball court and swings and slides. Everyone in the complex seems to be very friendly and nice. The staff is great at Shrewsbury Arms. The Manager is very nice and worked with me. She held my application until I paid off all of my outstanding debt and was approved. She is very approachable and gets things finished quickly and correctly. The maintenance staff is also great. My apartment was done with professionalism and I love it. I would definitely recommend, Shrewsbury Arms Apartments to everyone I know. I actually read the comments on Apartmentratings.com but, a few of my friends know the Manager and told me that it was not true.
