personnel who take their jobs seriously, are

reasonable for the area and amenities you receive.

"I am writing you
this letter to show my appreciation to your staff at
Colony Arms Apartments. At 10:15 pm, our neighbor
notified us that water was coming through kitchen
ceiling. Through searching our kitchen we found that
our hot water pipe from our sink was leaking water.
I called the maintenance emergency number and
received a call back from the on-call maintenance
man (Jim) almost immediately. Jim was very nice and
pleasant when he arrived…Jim stayed until 3:30am to
finish the job so we could have hot water by
morning…Jim was very pleasant the whole time he was
here…We wanted to write you this letter to let you
know how appreciative we are for his services and
how great all your staff is here at this complex.
